What we're thinking for paid plans

We haven't finalized pricing yet. That's what cohort 1 helps us figure out. Here's the direction:

  • Free Forever: small project + BYOK AI unlimited. Real free, not a trial.
  • Pro: per-user, priced competitively against traditional TMS. BYOK keeps your AI bill ~5× smaller than credit-metered alternatives.
  • Team: SSO, audit log export, full version history retention.
  • Enterprise: SAML / SCIM, SLA, dedicated support.

Design partners (cohort 1) get free-forever on what's equivalent to Pro, plus grandfathered pricing on whatever they upgrade to. We'll communicate exact numbers 30 days before any paid plan goes live.

Honest answers

Wait, you have no users yet?

Correct. The product is real and shipping; the integrations work; the multi-tenant + AI generation has been hardened over months. What is missing is feedback from other QA teams. That is the design partner program.

What does BYOK actually mean for my bill?

You add your Claude / OpenAI / Gemini API key in Settings (encrypted with AES-256-GCM). When you generate a test case, we call your provider on your behalf using that key. Your AI costs go to OpenAI / Anthropic / Google directly. We never see them. For local-only environments, use Ollama (free).

What integrations are supported?

Jira, Linear, and Azure DevOps as ticket sources. Sync to TestOps platforms via API. AI providers: Claude (Anthropic), GPT-4o (OpenAI), Gemini, Ollama. CI/CD frameworks via @qa-hub/cli: JUnit, Playwright, Cypress, Jest. CSV import for migrating from any tool.

What happens to my data when alpha ends?

It stays. We'll communicate any plan changes 30 days in advance, and design partners are grandfathered. No "migrate or delete in 7 days" emails. That is not how we operate.

Is there a difference between alpha access and the design partner program?

Yes. Alpha access is free for everyone right now, no commitment. Design partner is a smaller cohort of select teams we work with directly: weekly sync, priority feature requests, free-forever access after launch, grandfathered pricing.
