QA Hub turns your tickets into tests, runs them automatically, and shows what's at risk before it hits production.
The problem
AI coding tools ship PRs in minutes. Every PR needs testing. QA teams are the bottleneck, and most testing platforms make it worse.
More code, same QA bandwidth. Your team ships twice as many PRs as last year. Your test suite didn't double. The gap between what ships and what gets tested keeps growing.
Tests scattered everywhere. Spreadsheets, Confluence, Jira comments, someone's laptop. Coverage is anyone's guess. You can't answer "what's tested?" without a Slack thread.
CI/CD results no one reads. Playwright runs in CI/CD; results don't show up where leadership reads. Or your testing platform has one plugin per framework and you end up maintaining four of them.
Features
500 PRs a week. No time for tickets. No acceptance criteria. No problem. The Test Architect MCP scans your codebase, generates an ISTQB-driven test plan, crawls the live UI for real element names, runs Playwright tests in parallel, and reports results in the Architect dashboard. The source of truth is the code, not the ticket.
Test cases generated automatically from your tickets using ISTQB standard. One library connected to Jira, Linear, and Azure DevOps. Cases stay in sync as tickets evolve. Need something manual? AI helps write that too. Everything tracked, versioned, searchable.
One CLI command uploads results from Playwright, Cypress, JUnit, or Jest. Pass rate, flaky tests, p50/p95 duration in a dashboard QA, devs, and leadership all understand. Bug closed in your tracker? The retest queues automatically.
Embedded directly in QA Hub, QA Scout knows your real data: which tests are failing this month, which ones are duplicates, what your pass rate looks like by project. It is a QA nerd: obsessed with your test cases and results, zero interest in anything else. Every answer comes straight from your data.
Integrations
Connect in minutes. No migration. No vendor lock-in.
Built different.
Most teams juggle a test management tool, an AI generator, and a results platform. QA Hub replaces all three.

Alpha · design partner program
QA Hub is in alpha. The product is real, the integrations work, the AI generation is shipping test cases. What's missing is your feedback. We're looking for a few QA teams as design partners.
A note from the builder
I'm a QA architect. AI lowered the technical barrier in software development. Teams ship faster than ever. That's great. But that same speed produces more PRs, more undocumented code, and more bugs no one had time to anticipate.
QA didn't scale with it. The tools didn't either. We're still using spreadsheets, patched-up trackers, and platforms that don't understand how teams work today.
I built QA Hub for that: to maintain quality when code gets written at AI speed. A platform that reads your codebase, generates tests, connects your tickets, and shows results where your whole team can see them.
QA Hub has strong opinions, is modern, and honest about what's still rough. If that's the tool you've been looking for, reach out. Our first users shape what this becomes.
